1. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Upstitched Creations unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Upcycling Disclaimer: Some upcycled pieces incorporate materials featuring third-party logos or trademarks. Upstitched Creations is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the owners of those marks. Each piece is a unique artistic reinterpretation made from reclaimed materials.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt functionality, access unauthorized areas, or copy content for commercial purposes.

3. Handmade & Custom Creations

All pieces are handmade and unique. Variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the artisanal process and not defects. Custom commissions are accepted at the discretion of Upstitched Creations and depend on time and material availability.

4. Upcycling Services

Custom Upcycling & Content Restrictions Upstitched Creations welcomes the opportunity to transform customer-provided garments into unique, handcrafted pieces. To protect our creative integrity and community values, all custom work is subject to the following conditions:
Right to Refuse Service
Upstitched Creations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any item or request for custom work.

Content Restrictions
We will not accept garments or materials that contain or promote content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, violent, or otherwise misaligned with our brand values. This includes, but is not limited to:
Racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, or anti-LGBTQ+ content
Religious or political messages intended to disparage or exclude others
Fascist, extremist, or hate group imagery
Profane or obscene language or imagery
Return of Materials
Any garments submitted that fall under these restrictions will be declined. If applicable, such items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Customer Responsibility
By submitting garments for upcycling, customers affirm that they have the legal right to use, modify, and provide such items. Upstitched Creations is not responsible for intellectual property, copyright, or trademark issues that may arise from customer-provided materials.

5. Availability

Because production is small-scale, items may sell out or be unavailable at any time without notice.

6. Links to Other Websites

This site may include links to third-party websites such as social media platforms. Upstitched Creations is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upstitched Creations is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or products.

Upstitched Creations may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
